Perfect Portland Spot

Pat and Fernando's house is the perfect place to stay and explore Portland. It's super safe, quiet and the perfect layout. It has literally everything you need. I was only going to stay for 2 months and ended up staying 9! My dog loved the backyard and the house is so close to a few parks as well. I work from home and the internet was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

A Wonderful Year in Our Portland Home Away from Home!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have spent a full year in this adorable, well-equipped NE Portland home. The location is fantastic, with the Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Alberta Park, great grocery stores, and freeway access all nearby. Standout features included central heat and air; a tub and shower with great water pressure; a garage tall enough to fit my Subaru + roof box; large washer/dryer; a large, fully fenced yard that our two small dogs loved; spacious rooms and kitchen; and an exceptionally comfortable Saatva queen mattress. The king mattress is comfy, too. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet (other than the 4th and NYE celebrations), and the neighbors are warm and friendly. P & F are kind, responsive landlords who live nearby and are available when needed while fully respecting your privacy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an ideal extended stay in Portland. We already miss it. Thank you, P & F!

Cozy Home, awesome location, amazing landlords!

We loved our time in this home! Walking distance to a park, shops, and fun restaurants and bars..all in a super friendly neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable, spacious kitchen and the best fireplace ever..it literally got us through the rainy cold Portland winter. The backyard and patio is a nice hangout for grilling on those warmer sunnier days. But, one of the best parts was the warm and welcoming landlords! They were so communicative and made sure we felt right at home in Portland.

A Lovely Experience

This home was absolutely wonderful! Clean and spacious. On a super friendly street and fun neighborhood! Lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife, to bike or walk to. We would defiantly rent from these lovely hosts again and again. They were so communicative and down to earth.
