Wonderful place to live. Better landlord!

This property is a wonderful place to live. Theres tons of natural light and its always pretty cool because its a basement unit. The place was stocked with everything I could need for the short term. Its walkable to so many restaurants in Greenwood, and the unit is very homey. If youre from out of town, you can generally ignore the more jarring sights you see coming up Aurora, as the property feels very nice and secluded. Best of all? K is an absolutely incredible landlord. She was so accommodating and friendly, so it was really a delight to have her around. Shes super respectful of privacy, but makes sure that everything is going well. Her recommendations were on point too! I would absolutely love to live here again. Bonus: the two cats are absolutely GORGEOUS and it always put a smile on my face when I could see them on the way in from work.

Clean & comfortable long term rental

This one bedroom rental was spotless! Daylight basement with plenty of windows and light. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. It was cozy and warm through the cold and wet months. I always felt safe there. Great location, convenient to many things to do in Seattle. The owner lives in the house above and she is quiet and friendly. Id be happy to stay here again!

Amazing STAY!! and AMAZING HOST!!!

WHERE TO START!!!??? K has been an amazing host for my whole stay here!! She has made this the most easiest and comfortable stay out of my whole time as a traveler! The housing situation has been super cute and cozy! This was the perfect amount space for myself. Even having an extra month extension she was willing to help me out last minute! K is the absolute best!! If I come back to North Seattle I will definitely be looking out for this rental!! Highly recommend this place!!
