This is a quiet neigborhood in the trees in the south Eugene hills. This area was developed in the 1970's and the trees have grown up around it. You will see deer and turkeys at times. This house is 2 miles from shopping and 10 minute drive to the U of O. It is near the Ridgeline Trail system (miles of trails throughout Eugene) as well as Spencers Butte (5 minute drive) that allows you to hike up and overlook Eugene.
