I had a contract at Natividad, so the commute does not get any better than this. Everything I needed was closely located to this unit. Paul was easy to get along with and had a fast response time when it came to communication and rectifying issues. He was professional and gave a heads up when new tenants were arriving to other units, which was a nice courtesy. I lived in this unit with my cat, and it worked out well for us.

I am the home owner. My family and I used to live in this home. We have a guest house and a studio behind the main house. It is located in a safe neighborhood in North Side of Salinas. The home is located in a blue collar neighborhood. People are friendly some neighbors only speak Spanish. You do not have to talk to any of the neighbors if you do not want to but may see them walk by in front of the home. We are centrally located and close to everything this is really an ideal location.
