Feels like home!

We have loved staying at Bev's place. We booked her home as a long term rental as we decided if Tucson was a place we would like to live. Bev's home has been perfect for us and the sunsets at night are breathtaking. I have a whole photo album on my phone dedicate to the view! Her home was clean and very well maintained. There's a pool in the neighborhood and neighbors are very kind. I met some while walking my dogs but other than that did not have much interaction since people kept to themselves. We definitely reccomend Bev's place!!

Beautiful Property with Amazing Views

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom with the most amazing views. The property is immaculately clean and it has all the amenities and then some. It was very dog friendly and my lab and I stayed comfortably for our extended stay. B was in frequent communication and available when needed. I especially enjoyed the sunsets and the neighborhood was perfect for evening walks. I hardly ever realized this was a townhouse since it really felt like a single family home especially with the huge backyard and tons of wildlife. Great stay!

The Perfect Place!

Bs place is an absolute gem! The space itself is decorated with such thought and care and makes it the cutest place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly residents walking by and always saying hello! The location was pristine, only a few miles from Saguaro National Park! B is so easy to contact and quick to resolve any issues if they arise. This place has been my favorite stay thus far as a travel nurse! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to work or stay in the Tucson area.

Wonderful Tucson Townhome

We spent the past six months at B'S rental in Tucson. We love the area, a quiet mature neighborhood. It is close to multiple grocery stores, Costco, Target, etc. Driving to downtown or North Tucson was very easy, and it is close enough to I-10 if you need quick interstate access. We ventured downtown on the weekends for our favorite restaurants! I had a contract with Banner University Medical Center Tucson - it was an easy commute, around 30 minutes inner city, with plenty of Starbucks along the way! The rental is a perfect setup for a couple or a travel duo. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with an open living area. Everything has been cosmetically updated, and B'S kitchen has all the essentials to make a good meal. The kitchen has the BEST sunsets! There is a washer/dryer and extra fridge in the garage. B made the renting process simple, even with pets. She is a wonderful host and always available if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone looking!

This home is an absolute gem and I was completely floored when I saw it in person. I rented this house for six months and absolutely loved my entire stay. It's a two bedroom/2 bathroom furnished house, garage has the washer/ dryer/extra fridge ( hello Costco), and parking available in the driveway. We ended up parking both of our SUVs in the driveway and use the garage for storage etc. The best part is the huge property in the back which is fenced in and perfect for any dog owners. They recently renovated this property so everything was brand new from furniture to appliances, etc. There's even a working fireplace. The 2 bedrooms are extremely spacious and plenty of storage was available. I worked at TMC and my drive only took 20 minutes, and rarely had any traffic. The neighborhood is in a really cute community which has a pool and play area for kids. Extremely safe and family friendly. plenty of grocery stores and shopping around . I loved relaxing after work on the hammocks in the backyard, and my dog absolutely loved to run around and play. I honestly was sad to leave because I like this house so much, but it was time for the next contract. The landlord B is an absolute sweetheart an extremely accommodating. She was never more than a text message or phone call away. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend this for any travel nurse.
