Amazing apartment

Great apartment, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Adrian is very thoughtful and included plenty of cleaning supplies and toiletries. The apartment is super cute and updated, I really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing apartment in the best locwrion

This property was absolutely amazing ! It was filled with everything you could need and was very clean! The location was absolutely amazing, within walking distance of anything you could need from coffee, food and even boutiques! I felt incredibly safe here and would highly recommend staying I absolutely loved my time !

Awesome stay!

The landlord, A, is excellent, very kind, responsive, and welcoming to the area and the apartment. The unit was impeccable and beautifully furnished. It included everything I needed for my stay. Nice bonus to have washer and dryer in unit. Lastly, the location couldn't be better. Easy to get around Avondale and Riverside, great neighborhood for running and walking. Would highly recommend this landlord and unit!

This apartment in Avondale is wonderful.

My husband and I stayed for two months. The location is outstanding Just a few steps from the shops of St. Johns in Avondale, including restaurants and bars and shops and a fantastic yoga studio. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive to communication. The set up in the apartment allowed for working from home, with a nice desk space in the bedroom, or the dinette in the kitchen area. Something we loved, which may seem small, but was very helpful, were all the hooks throughout the apartment. They were thoughtfully placed and certainly came in handy. Even though there is hustle and bustle nearly right outside the front door, we found the apartment to be quiet and comfortable. As well, there is simply so much to do in this area of Jacksonville. You can walk or take a short drive and find numerous museums and cultural events. A simply fabulous stay!!
