N Austin Clean, Cozy 3BR/2BA w/Fenced Backyard

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for 6 months while doing extensive home renovations. It was plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 young children, and 2 dogs. The property is well-equipped (kitchen, linens, hair dryer, etc.) and everything is in good condition. The backyard was spacious and a lovely place to spend time, with lawn care crews coming every other week. The landlord was top-notch! She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our needs (e.g., improving wi-fi access so we could work from home). The neighborhood is easy to access from 183 and is close to restaurants and shopping on Jollyville Rd. It is quiet (despite being on a seemingly busy street) and safe. There are sidewalks and ample tree coverage on most of the neighborhood streets, which was nice for walking and jogging. I highly, highly recommend staying here or at another one of this landlord's properties! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Truly is a home away from home!

Couldn't recommend this place more. Not only is the house cute, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need; but the hosts were phenomenal. Whenever there was an issue or we needed anything, they responded with in minutes and took care of things in such a timely manner. These hosts made this experience so easy and enjoyable for me and my roommates. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. If we ever come back to Austin we will forsure be staying here again!
