Great Property

Hosts were incredibly clean, thoughtful, caring, responsive, proactive, and organized. They were very accommodating and showed great hospitality. The property is clean, has all needed/functional appliances, new modern kitchen, and functioning laundry. Parking is easy in the driveway. Do note it is on a busy street but the property is very quiet. The blackout curtains and AC were perfect and made it easier to sleep after night shifts. I would recommend this location and these hosts to anyone. The location is super closely located to grocery stores, hospitals, and restaurants.

Great amazing stay!

Loved this location! Was absolutely amazing! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Mr. Washington and his team were an absolute dream! No issues whatsoever! Very private and love this space!

great place

Clean and quite. I work nights and there was blackout curtain which is perfect. Its newly renovated. The bathroom is beautiful. The place was cleaned and bedding was changed every 2 weeks. There is a gated spot to park which is rare in LA. The landlords are so sweet and welcoming.

Clean and Convenient

The space was clean, mostly quiet (it is by a main road), and conveniently close to the facility I worked at. It is also very close to plenty of options for shopping and dining. All the appliances were new and functional. The property owners were warm, inviting, and addressed my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I work nights so I prefer a dark indoor space for sleep. To my relief, the hosts were very open to allowing me to cover some windows to darken the space. I would love to stay again if the opportunity comes!
