Great Stay

I stayed at Marlin and Andreas property for 2 month. I enjoyed my time, the apartment has easy access to mayor highways. Will come back.

incomplex laundry does not work, Will steal your security deposit

Washer/dry in complex do not work, had to go outside of complex to nearby laundromat, they won't fix it either. They interrupted my residency program interview to switch couches while I was literally sitting on them even though I told them I would be busy at the time. New couches were better though. Parking lot flooded because of rain and potholes but they fixed it after a few days. No vacuum available. Charged me a pet fee for service dog. Won't return my $600 security deposit or reimburse me for lack of basic amenity (in complex washer/dryer).
