Wonderful stay!! Best location in Prescott or Prescott Valley!
I absolutely loved my stay at this cottage!! The backyard is big, private, shaded with beautiful trees, and has a large covered deck that is perfect if you have dogs or kids! The location is THE BEST in Prescott and PV, with AMAZING views from the front AND back porch. East campus YRMC is only 10 minutes away, and West is 20-25 depending on traffic so your commute to either hospital is a breeze. TJ's, Costco, Walmart, and Sprouts are literally only 5 minutes away making it a super convenient spot if you are working 12 hr shifts. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, quiet, and is perfect for walking your dogs around. The homeowners were SO kind and were VERY prompt with any issues or repairs that I had! Paying rent was simple and straightforward, and they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling maintenance or services for the house around my noc shift schedule. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up staying for over a year! My dogs also give the cottage 5 paws. :)
