Hidden Oaks Townhouse, Lake and Pool!

Amazing

If you want a cozy, clean condo that is close to everything in Corpus Christi, I highly recommend this one. The lovely pond is full of ducks, geese, and other beautiful wildlife. The landlords are amazing people too. If you have any questions or concerns they will be addressed quickly and efficiently. They are wonderful people and I gained new friends in getting to know them. I loved my stay at Hidden Oaks.

The apartment was conveniently located near any stores you may need and a short 15 ish minute drive to downtown. The apartment was very nice and clean. Kama is very quick to accommodate any needs!

Great Choice!

My husband stayed at this property for several months when first coming to work in Corpus Christi, and I would regularly come to visit him there. The hosts are fantastic, terrifically friendly, and really made us feel welcome. They keep their property well-maintained, and were easy to contact & respsonsive if we had any questions. The property is fully furnished with everything you'd need - you could truly just show up with your luggage if desired. The lake & waterfowl provide a lovely park-like respite in the middle of the City! It felt like home away from home and was a perfect introduction to Corpus - the location feels safe and is quiet, and is conveniently located to all needed amenities. Plenty of shopping, restaurants & the beach are all available in a 5-10 min drive away. We liked the Lakewood Village neighborhood so much that our stay at Kama's place inspired us to buy a condo just a few streets over!

Corpus Christi Gem!

My roommate and I originally booked a place to stay through airbnb, unfortunately, it was not an ideal place to stay. We needed to move out and found this townhouse. K (the landlord) was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. The place is very cozy and in a quiet area. We felt very safe there and enjoyed our stay. We were doing our clinical rotation in Christus Shoreline which is about a 10-15 min drive. Anything that needed to be fixed or replaced was done very promptly. K is amazing! I highly recommend this townhome!

Hidden treasure

What a hidden gem! This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath townhome was my home away from home for 2 months while on contract at Spohn Shoreline. It was a close drive to work, in a safe area with very friendly neighbors. The property is clean and located right in front of a beautiful duck pond! Everything that I needed was provided, I just had to show up with my suitcase! The master bed was so comfortable and working nights it was very quiet and I was able to sleep very well during the day. The owners are very kind and available anytime. Also, the price is very fair for the area, the amenities and the location. I would recommend this place to anyone I know and give 5 stars! If I am ever in the area again I would definitely return! As an added perk, the ocean is just a short drive and there is a beautiful swimming pool very close!

The Perfect Property

This property was exactly what we needed. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and entirely move in ready. K was an absolutely wonderful host who provided everything we needed for our stay and was excellent in terms of communication. Thank you again!
