Lovely Home

Very comfortable room with everything I could need! Especially loved the upper level balcony and hammock! The owner was kind and very accommodating and I never felt uncomfortable staying in someone else's home. Very lovely stay!!

Great time

I had such a great experience renting from Lindy for. She truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy in the space. She was always kind and friendly. The house was beautiful, clean, and really well maintained, it felt like home from day one. I honestly miss the family, including Leo! I highly recommend Lindy to anyone looking for a responsible and trustworthy landlord. Id rent from her again in a heartbeat.

Highly Recommend!

I stayed at this property while on a 10-week externship in a nearby hospital! The landlord and her family were amazing during my stay! They were very welcoming but were also respectful of my space. There were rarely times where, when the boys played upstairs, they were extremely disruptive. The landlord gave great recommendations on nearby restaurants and was always very prompt with responding to my messages. Even with the shared living spaces (i.e., dining room, kitchen, living room) there was rarely a time where we both needed the area at the same time. I very much enjoyed the two porches, especially when the weather was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet but still had great shops and restaurants within close distance. Regarding cleaning prior to moving out, I made sure that I had all of my belongings and that the bedroom and bathroom were in the same condition as when I arrived. I cannot recommend this property more and would stay here again if the opportunity arose!

My stay

I had stayed at this place for about a month and the landlord was nice and everything was clean. Only reason I'm rating it at what I'm am is for other people to be aware before they move in and give someone their security deposit/ cleaning fee. I had given my cleaning fee and was expecting it to be returned as I was told over text and email. Make sure to get a cleaning checklist BEFORE you rent out the room and to get everything on the checklist before you move out. I was given the checklist AFTER I moved out and the only thing I hadn't done was wash the sheets. I was there for a month and barely there. There wasn't much of a mess. I texted the landlord for my fee to be returned after being told over text that I would be sent the next week. I texted back wondering where it was at and I had been ghosted for about almost 2 days now and it's been over a week. Just be aware to get your checklist!
