Cute little apartment

I was in the downstairs unit. It had everything I needed. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. One drawback was only being able to access the apartment through the garage. I worried about waking the upstairs neighbors when I left for work early in the morning. Cute deck outside though I only got to use it a few times before it got too cold. If you have pets there is a couple barking dogs next door and no grass in the backyard, thankfully my dog didn't have any issues running around back there. It is off a hill so be wary in the winter, but the neighborhood feels safe. I never had any issues walking my dog around. Close to the freeway so easy access to Spokane/Valley hospitals.

Great Stay! Minor Complaints.

The place was nice and updated. All of the appliances worked, no issues with reliability. Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Small area but worked great for my needs. Very cute outdoor seating area and little yard. There were some scheduling inconveniences, with technicians needing to be let into the house. Some instances of miscommunication with L, but overall a really great place to stay. I would recommend it and would definitely rent from L again!

Our Stay in Spokane

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay during my travel nursing assignment. It has everything you would need; fully equiped kitchen (we never encountered anything we needed that L didnt have) washer/dryer, big smart tv with a lot of channels, garage access, and plenty of storage space. L herself is very kind and very good at communicating quickly. The property is in a safe neighborhood close to good restaraunts and downtown. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the heating/air is controlled by the tenants upstairs, but that was never really a big deal for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Spokane.
