This 1 bed/1 bath condo located on the first floor of a fully gated complex, with security patrol. The private balcony faces a courtyard with one of the many pools in the complex. This place is more tranquil than your standard Vegas expectations, and we'd like our tenants to respect that. There is also a club house, which includes a gym and a movie room.

Property in Las Vegas
Property located in nice and secured area. Landlord is available at all times for questions and properly took care of any issues. I will stay again if the opportunity arises!!!

I had the pleasure of renting this condo in Las Vegas. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. I initially came here for a 13 week assignment, but ended up staying for a year! The location was perfect, in a gated complex. I had a parking space. The complex has a tiny gym and pool. When I came the space was clean, had all the things I would need from kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, toiletries and more. There is Wi-Fi in the unit and a TV you can use with a Roku. I never had any issues reaching the owners when needed. Location is close to Summerlin, ~20 minutes from the strip, and many nearby hospitals. 10/10 recommend!
