Wonderful rental!

This large in-law suite was perfect for a traveling healthcare professional. The unit was well appointed, comfortable, and everything I needed for my 5 month stay in Virginia. The owners, Laura and Jim were very friendly and responsive while still giving me my space. The neighborhood is lovely with a huge lake and miles of walking trails. If I travel to this area again I would definitely stay here again!

Far Exceeded My Expectations!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Laura and Jim were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and addressed any concerns I had. Truly such honest, wonderful people. Even provided me a welcome basket! I had a contract at St. Francis, only a 12 min drive. I felt very safe on my own and often walked the trails around the neighborhood and lake. This property is a gem and had everything I needed plus more. I would have loved to stay longer! Couldn't give enough praise to how much I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this property if you have a contract in the area!

Great place, great people

I spent 6 months here and it was a great place to stay. Laura is very thoughtful and worked with me to get me in when I was in a bind. She even brought me some homemade soup once! Both she and Jim were very accommodating and responded to every need promptly. I can only give the highest recommendation possible! Also--12 minutes to Sr. Francis and in a beautiful neighborhood!

Amazing stay at woodlake!

Laura was the most lovely host. Her and her husband were so kind and more than accommodating! They always messaged me to keep me updated when needed. The house was very clean and beautifully designed. Very cozy and quiet neighborhood!

The unit was amazing! It was a cute, homey space with everything you could ask for and more. The owners are super friendly and willing to help with any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; not to mention close to all stores and different restaurants. Great experience, awesome unit, couldn't get any better.

Best Place to Stay in Virginia

Seriously, this is the best furnished finder I have ever stayed at! I had a respiratory travel contract at VCU medical in Richmond on night shift. Only took me about 20 minutes to get to work everyday. I never experienced any traffic during my commute. Definitely suggest getting the E-ZPass. The property is in a beautiful part of Midlothian, the lake surrounding it is absolutely stunning. The area is very quiet and safe. I had a blast riding my bike around the lake every week. The unit is completely decked out with everything you might need away from home. Fast internet, a full kitchen, multiple sitting areas and a big screen TV made me a very happy camper. Also to note, the water is always hot within 30 seconds of turning it on. And last but not least, the owners make the biggest difference of your stay. They are so kind and go out of their way to give you the best stay. I cannot talk stop talking about their kindness and I appreciate all the help they gave me during my stay!

Home away from home

This was a perfect home away from home. Im a travel nurse and had such a wonderful experience here. The owners were so kind & welcoming. They were always responsive to any questions, concerns, or needs that I had. The space felt homey and had everything I could need. Cant thank the owners enough for such a great stay!!

Cozy perfect space!

This in-law suite was a perfect space for me as a solo traveling nurse! Full kitchen and very cozy, it suited all my needs. Very neat and clean, and the hosts very responsive and helpful. The area is beautiful with lots of hiking trails and your own private entrance as well as a driveway. Just watch out for the deer at night! Had a great stay here and would definitely recommend.

Great find!

L made this house feel like home for the 3 months I was able to stay here. The home is located in a very safe neighborhood and has a private entrance to the unit. L was always available and willing to accommodate my needs. The unit has a private bathroom, bedroom, living room and full kitchen. The home is about 13 minutes from St Francis hospital. FYI: -I worked night shift and the room was very quiet and comfortable -I loved taking morning walks around the lake and neighborhood. Thanks L for letting me stay with you!!
