Great urban stay

Did a 3 month stay. At first we were nervous to be in a row house so close to the city as we are more country folk, but as soon as you stepped inside it was very privet, and can't hear the sounds of the city. Just a block away from awesome old small town germantown and its little shops. Play ground for the kids also a block away. Plenty of room in the house, clutter free and clean. Landlord gives plenty of space so it really feels like it's your home, but also responsive if anything comes up. Friendly neighbors. All around great stay! Near bus/train stops that can get you anywhere. This house made city living very manageable for us!

Great extended stay

This place was perfect! I stayed here while on a travel assignment in Philly. It was a short drive to the Childrens Hospital and downtown Philly. It was clean and nicely furnished. The owner paid attention to the little details and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Although; not in the heart of the city; there were markets, restaurants and stores within a few blocks. Also; a shopping strip of unique stores and restaurants a little further. I would stay here again if ever in the city.
