This is a nice guest house with a full kitchen with lots of cabinets for storage. Eat in kitchen table and the sliding patio door going to the outside.
The patio is enclosed and has a gas grill with a table and lounge chairs. Because I am pet friendly for a small well behaved dog it would be able to stay securely there if need be.

Amazing, Comfortable Stay near Phoenix!
My husband and I stayed in this guest suite while both on assignments in the Phoenix area and we loved our stay here! The space was more than enough for two people with sufficient closet and drawer space. There is a driveway that can fit 2 cars comfortably. The kitchen is newly renovated with brand new appliances, with a dishwasher and washer and dryer on site. We felt safe throughout our stay here. Our landlord was amazing and Id recommend this property over and over again to anyone looking in the Phoenix area! Tempe has a cute downtown and is the location of the ASU campus.
