Stunning mid-century modern home

We are so thankful to have found this newly-renovated home! It is so clean and bright, and we love the vintage mid-century modern furnishings throughout. The home has so much storage, which is very helpful to us as we are transitioning after selling our home. Annette, the owner, is the best. She is responsive to our every question and need. Highly recommend!

Ive been visiting my fianc during her three-month travel nurse contract, and this property has been an excellent place for our stay. Nearly a month in, and were both very happy with our decision to live here! The location is within close walking distance to Rillito River Park, making it easy to enjoy walks in a safe and peaceful environment. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores within a 15-minute radius, including some of our favorites like Sprouts, Target, and Trader Joes. The living space has everything you need, with a fully furnished setup, a washer and dryer that work great, and a new dishwasher that cleans everything well. The host is very responsive when needed while also respecting privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a nice outdoor sitting area by the guesthouse. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short-term living space!

This property has been great for my stay so far in Tucson. I am here for a travel nurse contract for 3 months. Almost a month here and happy with my decision to live here! This location is 20 min drive to Tucson Medical Center so makes for an easy commute to work. The house is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer in unit which is great! The host is very responsive when needed and gives you your space and privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, nice sitting area outside guesthouse. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short term living space!

The property was quiet, and fully furnished with all the essentials you may need. The in-unit washer/dryer and covered parking were very convenient. I especially enjoyed the rain shower and the different adjustments available. The host was nice, responsive, and took great care of the property.

Secluded Sanctuary

Comfortable, clean and peaceful. Beautiful property that has amazing Arizona sunset views. Close to shopping and restaurants while still tucked in to a quiet neighborhood that you can take scenic walks in. A is super responsive and attentive to any needs or questions. Great Wi-Fi connectivity and service. Spacious bathroom and closet area. If you want privacy and picturesque views while still being close to city life and popular Tucson hiking destinations, this is the perfect location. A goes the extra mile if you are earth conscious, she provides and takes care of recyclables and collects any compost materials. I would recommend this Hilltop Haven to anyone visiting short or long term.

A perfect place to call home.

This is a delightful, clean, quiet, and private unit situated in a peaceful neighborhood. I appreciated how nicely decorated the unit is, along with the full-size, well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer/dryer and safe, covered parking was important to me. A variety of grocery stores, shops, and just about anything else one might need is conveniently located about two miles away. The neighborhood is pleasant and walkable. The owner is a lovely person, always available and responsive if something should come up. I would love to stay there again should the need arise. CH.
