I had a wonderful experience renting this house! The location is fantastic! Its close to shops, restaurants, and Duke Regional making it super convenient for daily errands and commuting. Yoshi was extremely attentive and responsive, always addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. Its clear they care about their tenants and the property. Plus, the place is stocked with all the essentials one may need, making it easy to settle in right away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home away from home, and would happily stay here again if I decided to take another contract in the area.

The Best

Y is AMAZING to rent from! He and his girlfriend are SUPER sweet. Repair and maintenance done asap, just call him. House is cute, everything you need. Above and beyond--I asked about updating a showerhead, and 2 days later had a detachable one. Less than 10 minutes of everything you need--groceries, food, STARBUCKS. Also plenty to do in Durham!

We loved this property!!!

I absolutely fell in love with this house! Y was so attentive and welcoming.. I rented out the larger of the bedrooms and it was great! Everything I needed was pretty much there when I arrived so i literally only had to purchase groceries. Its located conveniently to everything! Its super tranquil and the back yard is huge (Which your fur babies will love if theyre zoomsters like mine lol)!!!My pup and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciate the hospitality. We also made new friends on the way:-) I'll definitely look up The Nurse Collective should we ever get back to the area.

Clean and Comfortable

Great accommodations with comfortable room and plenty of space. Owner was communicative and easy to work with. Not a single issue for my entire stay!

Great Place!

Great place to stay! Super clean and has everything you need. My dog loved the backyard and there is a nice park with a trail down the street. Close to good food options and minutes away from downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Experience

Awesome place to stay!! My cat and I stayed here while on a travel contract at Duke in 2023 and we had the best experience! The house is super nice with all top line Samsung kitchen appliances and a nice backyard if you have dogs. Also it's only 10 minutes from Duke hospital and a super easy drive to town. The owner Y is fantastic and super responsive to any and all messages or things that come up, replying usually within 10 minutes. He would come by to mow the lawn or take care of the property but would always check with us first to make sure not to wake or bother us. I worked night shift and he even put black out curtains up for me without me even asking! He loves animals and would check on our cats when we were away too. And he was really easy to work with, returned security deposit right away and is all around just a great person. 10/10 would stay here again and reccomend any travelers to stay here as well.

Lovely & Cozy Space

This property is such a cozy place to be in. The area is very close to the hospitals and near the highway for easy access. The home is equipped with a big backyard perfect for the fur babies to roam free without any concerns.The kitchen/laundry appliances are very used friendly. Y does a good job at making sure everything needed is within the house. He also does an amazing job at communicating and helping out with any questions/concerns.

Durham Retreat

This is my second time renting from Y and as always it has been a pleasure! The house is conveniently located around many stores and the highway. It is also a pretty short drive to Duke University and Duke Regional. The house is very humble and easy to maintain. There is also an enormous backyard for your furry companion if you're not alone! Y is always responsive and does his best to make you feel comfortable.

Best housing experience ever!

The house is very clean, dog-friendly, and has everything you may possibly need for a comfortable stay. It has a security system, a fenced-off backyard for the dogs, and ample parking space. The host is very attentive and accommodating. Honestly, my best housing experience ever.
