Updated Cozy property

Amazing, Cozy updated property close to downtown Greenville exactly as pictured. S the landlord is a great property owner who goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The studio is well appointed with plenty of kitchen items including a large refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, and toaster oven. The bed is well appointed and comfortable.I truly enjoyed being close to activities including MANY amazing restaurants, and shopping. The studio has a private driveway and entrance. While it is attached to the main house and shares a wall with the kitchen of the property owner she is very respectful and quiet. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable , and I found it easy to sleep/relax. If the weather is nice there is also a small area to sit outside for a cup of tea or to read a book. I was on contract with a local hospice which required me to work late and be on call I never worried about coming and going.

Private Studio Property Review

Overall, I had a great experience staying at S's private studio apartment! As a traveling healthcare professional, new to Greenville, she made me feel welcomed from day 1. Without being overbearing, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, while also giving a tour of the city. The apartment is on the smaller side, but overall cozy and bigger than expected. I would say its the perfect size for 1 person (possibly 2 if youre a couple) with a comfortable mattress, decent sized closet, private driveway and outdoor patio area. The apartment is in the perfect location, with being a 12-15min walk to downtown Main Street, while being in a nice neighborhood with little noise. The apartment does share a wall with the landlords kitchen, so there is some noise that comes through, but this was never an issue for me, as S purposely avoided early morning kitchen use, so your sleep will not be disturbed. I would highly recommend staying here!
