Wonderful stay

This place was awesome. I stayed for nearly 3 months last Aug through Oct 2025. Had no issues with laundry, air conditioning, or anything else. Natasha was super easy to work with and the place was in an excellent location.

Great Property Overall, But Be Aware of Cleaning Costs & Move-Out Expectations

The property was excellent overall , comfortable, spacious, clean, and in a great location. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. A couple things future tenants should know: as the contract end date approached, Natasha became a bit pushy about moving out quickly, which added some stress near the end of the stay. Also, the cleaning fees were much higher than expected. I paid $200 at move-in and another $118 after move-out for additional cleaning time, totaling $318. After 5+ years of traveling, this was the highest cleaning fee I’ve experienced. Overall, it’s a great place, but make sure your contract timing works well for you and budget extra for cleaning costs. Honest reviews are helpful for future tenants.

Wonderful Unit

Natasha is a phenomenal host and prompt with any and all communication. I absolutely loved my stay there - private entrance to a stand alone unit. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a prime location to drive to any outdoor activities (lakes/hiking). I can not recommend this place enough!
