Distance: about 20min from wakemed north wakemed raleigh, and UNC Rex and about 7 min from Duke raleigh. Location: great and safe location. Quiet neighbors. Felt comfortable coming home at night Comfort: both beds are super comfy. Having the dish washer and in-unit w/d was fantastic Parking: two parking spots dedicated to the unit and located directly underneath a street lamp Landlord: Matt was super responsive to any question or concern I had. Made everything easy from getting payments situated, checking in early, extending my stay, and leaving out. Highly reccomend Overall: If were ever to come back to Raleigh, this is the first place I would check to see if it was available
