Awesome Denver home with a great landlord!

Finding A's Denver house was the best part of living in Colorado!!! This home is furnished perfectly (not too much stuff but everything you need) and the 3 bedrooms and multiple storage spaces comfortably fit three travel nurses who bring way too many things with them. We loved getting to know the Baker neighborhood, which is an awesome community- a neighborhood brewery/coffee shop down the street, large park where we parked and worked on our bus conversion project, and easy access to shops and restaurants on Broadway. A lived with us for a month in December (which was agreed upon up front in the lease) and she and her pup S (a very well behaved yet goofy and friendly dog) were great roommates-- we seriously wish they could've stayed the whole time. The Baker house felt like a home to us, and we were really grateful for our experience there- thanks, A!

Baker House

A house was perfect for our family! It worked well for my husband and I, our one year old son, and very active labradoodle. The yard worked well for our dog and we loved the fresh produce and the squarch - the squash arch as well as the front porch. The neighborhood was very quiet but also very accessible to lots of restaurants, etc. on Broadway. A and her family were very easy to communicate with and even though we never had any issues, I know if we had, they would have quickly been resolved. Cannot recommend enough!!

Cozy home in Baker neighborhood!

This is the cutest house in the cutest neighborhood! 2 blocks from Broadway and all that is there: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops, an improv theater and more. The house is great. Excellent front and back yards to hang out in, as well as a garage and onsite laundry. It really has everything you need! A is great and easy to work with. Stay here and check out the neighborhood!!

Denver Oasis

This home is perfect especially if you are working at Denver Health - within walking distance!! I was a staff nurse there and loved being close to the hospital. The landlord and her family are super sweet & maintain the house well. There is a little swing on the front porch and parking was never an issue. Youre close to a grocery store and all the night life - restaurants, bars, coffee shops and workout facilities - all within walking distance. I always felt safe in the area & the house is very clean. Washer/dryer included, backyard has a cute little garden, if sharing with others youll have plenty of fridge space. Was lucky to have 3 great roommates that made my time in Colorado fun :)
