I remodeled the place with new laminate hardwood floors, new cabinets with granite tops, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, filtered drinking water, paint etc. Just added brand new living room set and bedroom set. (still adding) Putting up pictures and making it nice. There is a balcony and a pool. This unit is peaceful. A great place to relax after a hard day's work
