Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to many different gyms and within walking distance of public parks. Walkable to downtown Englewood and the various restaurants there. There is plenty of kitchen pots and pans needed for any cooking as well as furniture in the apartment. The place was not entirely clean when I moved in ex. lots of pet hair. However the rest of the place was clean and overall was a very nice apartment to stay in.

Colorado stay

Great location in a quiet neighbor next to many different amenities. This is a great spot for a travel nurse or anyone else coming to Colorado. Will and Rachel are absolute wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and safe right from the start. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Place is very spacious and house comes with a fenced in back yard.

Cute apartment in great location

Very cute and well appointed apartment! This place was perfect for my contract at Porter Adventist. It was a 4 min drive to the hospital. It is very close to grocery stores and the major highways. There are great restaurants nearby as well. The property owner is very nice and responsive if you have any questions. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Denver for another contract.

Spacious & Prime Location!

I was on a travel RN contract for Swedish Medical Center traveling with my Fianc and felt so lucky to have found this property! The drive to Swedish was only 3 minutes, which made sharing 1 car with my partner very easy. This is a safe area with plentiful food options, grocery stores, and a beautiful park nearby. The unit is private, with washer/dryer, plenty of storage, and a full kitchen! W made sure we had an excellent stay. We felt very welcomed and right at home!

Great month to month basement unit

Great little place for a month to month stay! Owner is nice, very reasonable and wants to make sure you are happy there. I'm glad I found this when I needed it. The place itself is old but in good condition with well thought out furnishings.
