I fell in love with this condo everytime I came home. I saw the most gorgeous sunsets everyday and met neighbors turned life long friends. Always safe, quiet, and relaxing. My dog and I loved walking to highland park to play with the other dogs! This sweet neighborhood and neighbors will surely be missed!

Chic City Condo

P and B are excellent landlords, very responsive and always ready to help with any issues. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is kept tidy and clean and its a real bonus to look over the city view from the window or outside seating. Did I mention beautiful sunsets!! The room is very quiet as its third floor end unit. Highly recommend this property and the hosts as well.!!

Great location

This was an amazing find! Would hands down recommend this place to stay! Cozy condo, gorgeous view of downtown and the sunsets and super close to 3 different hospitals for thoes who are traveling in healthcare! In walking distance to 3 different parks, coffee shops and a central location to all the various things Birmingham has to offer!! P and B are both awesome to work with and if anything comes up they are super reliable! Would 1000% stay here again if I can!!

The best

My goodness this place was my favorite thing about being in Birmingham. Beautiful unit inside and out. Supee considerate and kind homeowner. Safe neighborhood with princess parking every day. I can't speak highly enough about it! With the beautiful view from my living room, I often got to see fireworks or just enjoy the nice sight of the city and pretty skies. If I could pluck up this living situation and take it with me everywhere I go, I really would. Thanks so much for an amazing stay. It's really been a blessing to me.
