A Terrific Landlord

This lovely apartment in Converse, TX is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Walmart is just 4 minutes away. HEB, Lowes, and Kohls are close by. Santikos Entertainment is a short drive. There are several walking parks nearby that we visited frequently, and my husband loved the disc golf parks in the area. There were other features that we enjoyed also. The full kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The downstairs shower was modern with good water pressure. The apartment had it's own washer and dryer, and we really appreciated being able to do laundry at any time. Nick, the owner, was another highlight of our visit! He is a great communicator and very responsive to any needs. He checked in with us by text several times during our stay to make sure that everything was going well. We had complete privacy, but knew that Nick was just a text or phone call away if needed.

The place was super cute and clean! I enjoyed the natural light from both upstairs windows into the bedroom/kitchen. I love that you can park your car inside the fenced yard for extra safety, although the neighborhood seemed like a safe, quiet area. I always took my dog out for a run around the area. It is a plus that they accept pets; it is hard to travel and find places that allow you bring your pet. Northeast Methodist Hospital is only 9 min away, if you are a healthcare worker looking to work there. Dutch Bros Coffee is about 5 min drive, great for quick stops in the morning. Nick was very responsive, any questions or concerns that I had, he was always quick to respond and help! Got my security deposit back pretty fast after moving out! I highly recommend staying here!
