I recommend
I highly recommend this property. Kim is wonderful and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and safe. Loved being by the beach, an amazing walking path and a couple restaurants! As a travel nurse it was a quick drive to Yale New Haven Health. Overall, a great place to live.

Great rental!
Great location I stayed there while working at Yale New Haven Hospital and its a short drive to the hospital and walking distance to the beautiful beach! Has all amenities needed and K was an amazing landlord!! Would definitely stay there again!
