Heights 1/1 Private Parking & Yard, 5 Star Reviews

The perfect stay!

I had a wonderful stay here from November through July while working at the med center. The owner was always incredibly responsive whenever I had questions and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The property had everything I could have needed during my stay, and I especially appreciated the privacy it offered. Being able to park my car right in front of the unit and having the added security of a remote-controlled gate were huge conveniences that made me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. If I ever find myself back in Houston, I would absolutely reach out to see if it's available again!! Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!

Good Neighborhood, Helpful Landlord

This was the perfect little spot for me and my small dog while I completed a contract over in the medical center. If I ever had an issue, which was rare, I got help right away! The location's so close to lots of great businesses, restaurants, gyms, and shopping which make for good weekends. The AC kept up so well during the sweltering Houston heat too! I was a big fan of having a safe fenced in yard area with the garage door so I had piece of mind leaving my car there. My dog and I were safe and cozy in this quiet area of the Heights.

Wonderful Stay!

My partner and I stayed here with our fur babies for 3 months and had wonderful experience! The owners were incredible, from being communicative, to helping with package delivery, to being attentive to our needs while staying there. The space itself was calm, clean, and we loved being able to walk to the park in the evenings. 10 out of 10 recommend!
