The neighborhood is known as City Park West. I am 1 block west of City Park, the largest park in the City of Denver. The neighborhood is safe, walkable and has been gentrified over the past decade. When I bought in 2009, half the street was vacant. It is now vibrant with all the structures being either new or renovated.
