Great place, wonderful furniture, and a warm-caring host!! I lived here for the better part of 6-months and it was a wonderful experience! The location was equipped with everything I could have needed (and more!). The host makes a thoughtful effort to not only make your stay comfortable but also as cozy as you need. I was easily able to access bus stops nearby and the metro station was a brief walk too! It is a very safe neighbourhood and people are friendly nearby. All the furniture was new, clean, and well kept and so were the devices. I would highly recommend!

Great Stay

I stayed here while moving jobs and it was great. Everything was as advertised and never had any issues. The room was private and I felt very comfortable there. Kathleen was very helpful and nice with anything I needed. I was able to work remotely when needed, would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was an excellent experience. The space was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The owner was fantasticalways responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and feels like home with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is friendly, and parking is always available in front of the property. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Amazing stay!

Great location, amazing space and even better hosts! Really close to the metro, a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely have stayed longer if contract was extended. All the amenities were present to live as if it was your own home. 12/10 highly recommend!

Amazing space and great location!

I have loved my time in this space! I am a travel PT, so I wanted a nice apartment close to my contract in Silver Spring. The hosts are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could need. They even gave me a bunch of recs for the cool spots nearby. The space is really private and nice with lots of natural lighting. The kitchen space is also awesome and has all the essentials. The neighborhood is great and everyone is super friendly. Parking is no issue at all, there is always plenty on the street right in front. It is also pretty close to the metro, very easy to drive over to glenmont and park in the garage. I cannot emphasize enough how great of a spot this is, so definitely look into it if youre going to be in the area for a bit!

Perfect Studio

A beautiful Studio apartment with all amenities that you would want during your stay! I enjoyed my time here while working from home. Close to shopping centers, metro, highway and even downtown silverspring for food and nightlife. if anything needed to be repaired the owner was quick to answer and to fix. Always went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable. Absolutely loved the stay. If I'm in the area would stay here again in a heartbeat!
