The best place to call home!

My partner and I needed a place to stay while transitioning out of the city, and we truly couldn’t have found a better home. From the moment we met her, Carla was incredibly kind and welcoming. I spent many days on the porch enjoying the spectacular view or reading a book. In the summer, we slept with the screen door open and fell asleep to the sound of wind rustling through the leaves. We often saw deer, chipmunks, birds, and even a few neighborhood cats. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with a park and walking trails just a short walk away. On cooler days, the fireplace made the space feel especially cozy, and having the laundry room right next to the unit was so convenient. Carla truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. She provided sheets, towels, kitchenware, hangers, and more. Since we had sold most of our belongings, this made a huge difference. We highly recommend Carla’s place to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming home.

4 month stay!

I ended up extending since I loved it so much and wish I could have stayed longer. Ms. C is an incredible host, great communicator and extremely friendly. Kennedy (dog) and I became best friends. The studio was absolutely spotless and had everything that I personally needed. The bed is very comfortable and the sliding glass door opens to a breathtaking view of old growth trees. I saw deer in the yard almost every day. The wildlife love to come eat all the seeds and deer food she puts out. I really enjoyed the proximity to 285 and Atlanta. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and near Murphy Candler Park. I really enjoyed walking distance to the park with a large trail around the lake. Such a great location! The furnishings are all comfortable and homey which can be hard to find. It also has a large very quality TV. Cs style is remarkable and felt luxurious. If you are thinking about staying here, I would absolutely recommend it with no hesitation
