This is easily one of the best houses Ive ever stayed in, and Randy is far and away the finest landlord Ive ever had. He is an amazing human being. Finding a room here was a true blessingmoving to his place completely turned my Bakersfield experience around. He is exceptionally supportive and encouraging, and his home is a wonderful place to live.

Rent Review

I had a great experience renting here. I was in Bakersfield from late march to late June for one of my rotations. The house is relaxing and spacious with a very nice kitchen. I rented a private room, which included all utilities, for a very affordable price. The bathroom was shared between myself and the other two residents renting rooms. The location was close to an ALDIs for grocery shopping as well as Chipotle, In-N-Out, and other restaurants if I needed a quick meal. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. R, the owner is very kind and caring and works hard to provide a comfortable living space for all of his tenants. R appreciates communication. If there were any issues, I could always address them with the Randy and he would always resolve the issue. I thoroughly enjoyed my time renting here.

Cozy home in a safe neighborhood

This house is super comfortable to stay in. Randy provides everything you need and continues to make sure everything is going well. The house is kept clean and is in a safe neighborhood. The price is great and it's central to many areas to eat and shop.
