Amazing stay

I have nothing but incredible things to say about both this property and Mootah! My dog and I both found the property to be very clean, spacious, and extremely cozy. The fenced in yard was incredible for my dog to run around in while I was home and the house itself was very safe and comfortable for us both! The shared washer and dryer was not a problem since I never ran into the other Tennant during use! Any questions I had, Mootah was extremely quick to answer for me! I look forward to booking this rental again if I find future contracts in Omaha.

Home Away From Home

The huge fenced-in yard is what drew us to this rental. We wanted a place away from home where our little ones were able to go outside and play without having to worry about them running into traffic. Mootah made our booking easy and provided all the information we needed. He was always a call or text away and was very respectful and welcoming. The home was cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We had a shared laundry room with the front apartment and never had issues with availability. There is street parking in front of the house and easy to find a spot. The upstairs neighbors were very welcoming and polite. My wife's nursing contract was at NMC, and an average 11-minute drive away. The country's #1 rated Zoo, Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, is a 6-minute drive away. There is a strip of shops to visit just down the block for your days off. We would definitely recommend this home to any fellow traveler!

Lil bohemia

Owner is easy to work with . Place is nice and an easy commute to UNMC. Only reason I moved to one of his other places was my other traveler's contract was done and she was headed home . Street parking that was never difficult to find a spot . Shared washer/ dryer w front apt but that never seemed to be a problem.

Great Omaha Home close to Nebraska Medicine in Quiet Neighborhood

Great cozy home. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Shared washer and dryer unit with tenants upstairs but available most days for use. 7 minute drive to NMC. Walkable distance to cafes and restaurants near by. 2 minutes away from the interstate. A/C unit keeps your home cool during those summer hot days. Owner was always a phone call or text away. Very resourceful. I would recommend this home to any fellow traveler!

My Stay in Omaha!

I stayed here for 6 months while on a nursing contract and had a great experience staying at this property! The property itself was very nice and put together. They have a huge backyard which was great for bringing my dog along! They always respected my privacy and anytime something needed to be done to the property I was always texted before hand and gave me a heads up. The long term upstairs neighbors were super welcoming and always willing to offer help where it was needed such as advice on good areas to go around the property. I 100% recommend this property to anyone in the area!!

Great stay

Excellent landlord responsive to my needs. Respectful upstairs tenant. Most importantly excellent outdoor grassy area for lounging and reading a good book. Neighborhood was so quiet.. stores within walking distance. Parking right outside the gate or out back. Coin operated laundry on site.
