We stayed at Tom & Diane's for 7months. Probably the best stay away from home. No words could accurately describe the time we had at and with T&D. Your warmth, hospitality and simple friendship, will endure and remain with me always. You have changed my perspective about York, PA and your friendship will endure with us for always. Your home & your hospitality are so much more personal than any hotel stay.

A Short Stay With Lifelong Memories

This well-maintained property provides you with all the comforts of home, in a home away from home. Bring only your suitcase and leave your worries at the door. My 2 sons and I stayed here for 6 months. The comfort, hospitality, and amenities made us not want to leave! The home features a beautiful open kitchen with spacious living room. Great for watching the kids or tv while cooking! The bathroom offers a double vanity with soaking tub and gorgeous walk-in shower. For the kids - A spacious back yard with a park! A block in the opposite direction is another park with walking trails! For the adults - A mile down the road is one of the best restaurants in York named the First Post! Amazing food and cocktails! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, the perfect area to walk the development and even take the kids trick-or-treating. You will not find a 3 bedroom at a better location, with nicer landlords at this price point. If you're looking in the York area don't let this slip away!

Amazing landlords

They are wonderful landlords. Always thoughtful and always concerned about our wellbeing and making sure we were ok. Place was pretty and decorated and well kept. They were making sure we were ok many times and always willing to get something for us if it was needed. A great place to stay!

Excellent Property for Extended Stay

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property. Me and my roommate were travel healthcare workers during our 6 month stay. It was very close to multiple hospitals including our place of employment, Wellspan York Hospital. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood, close to parks, trails, shopping centers and many other attractions. It is a completely separate apartment with access through your own personal entrance. T and D, the owners, are excellent landlords and very kind people. Available at all times via text or call and they both reply very quickly in the times you need them. The property was cultivated by them, from the beautiful landscaping and vegetable garden to the vibrant interior decor and themed guest rooms, everything was beautiful. The apartment was well stocked with everything for daily needs. They even took the time to explain bits of history of the area and gave many recommendations to locations, restaurants and attractions that we explored on our days off.

Incredible East York Property

This exquisite property in East York boasts spacious, modern living with generous, kind hosts. Our family has been gifted to stay in such a welcoming space. The homeowners have considered every need of their potential renters. The kitchen is fully equipped for in-home food preparation and dining; the three bedrooms offer comfortable, spacious accommodations and the bathroom features an oversized bath, double sink vanity, and separate stand-up shower. Located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, there are two parks within walking distance of the home. Running and walking routes are easily navigated from the neighborhood. Additionally, the house is conveniently located within a few miles of Route 30, Interstate 83, multiple grocery stores and local farm stands. Above all, the homeowners are exceptional people who truly seek to connect with the individuals who share their home. This rental experience will exceed your expectations.
