The house is a two-story model with two bedrooms upstairs. At the top of the stairs, my room is on the right, the guest room is on the left, so there is not a shared wall. The guest room comes with a private bath and a walk-in closet. The neighborhood is cozy, on a cul-de-sac with homeowners who have lived here for almost 30 years. Downstairs there is a kitchen, an eating area and a den / sofa area. Simple, cozy and sweet.
