I can't say enough good things about this place. Great location, safe part of town. Quiet and peaceful, especially for being in middle of downtown. Edmund was great to work with, very flexible, and ended up letting me stay an extra night when needed during packing. This place truly became like home to me and I can't say enough good things about it

I stayed in this condo for 5 months and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is very nice and well outfitted with everything you would need. Smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as the spacious living room, with very comfortable couch. The building is great and has a rooftop pool on the 20th floor. The building is in a great location, blocks away from Gateway Arch National Park as well as Busch Stadium & Ballpark Village with easy access to 64 and 44z Sexured garage parking and building with only access allowed through key fob and gate card provided by Property Manager. Edmund the property manager is wonderful to work with. Very kind and communicates well with guests. Would definitely recommend this 2 BR for your stay in St Louis. It was a great experience!

E place was the perfect spot to stay. Our 3 month stay was everything we could have asked for. The place was clean upon our arrival, in the perfect location about 10 minute walk to the Arch, well stocked with toiletries and other starter items, and E was very responsive to any messages we sent. I highly recommend staying here!

For the view, location, and security you cant beat the price! Walking distance to the grocery store, Hilton 360 and Ball Park Village. Right next to the Federal Reserve building so its one of the safest buildings in St. Louis. Unit is clean and spacious. Main bedroom does have black out curtains so the room can be pitched black for those working nights and sleep during the day. Parking space is right next to the entrance so that is a HUGE plus for carrying things to the unit. Theres a door person there 24 hours. Great place to stay, will be staying again for the month of May.

Loved staying at this place downtown! The apartment was very nice and has the best view of the Arch! Very safe building. Great location! Edmund is a great host, very responsive! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at Es place. It was very easy to check in and the staff in the building are amazing! Any questions we had, they were always there to help. They also made us feel very safe. E had very quick and efficient communication, and if he didnt know the answer right away he found out for us! The apartment had great storage and even enjoyed the rooftop pool that was open til October! This was a great place for walking downtown and going to the arch or baseball games! If I found myself back in STL I would love to stay here again!

My stay in this historic building was excellent! The condo was smartly furnished and perfect for a long stay! The location is great for the downtown life, and my commute to Barnes-Jewish was easy. I especially loved the included secure parking. I always felt safe in this building. The landlord was extremely communicative and accommodating. Would recommend to travelers looking for a cozy place to stay while being nestled right into the hustle of downtown.
