Great location

Great location! Ingles and several local restaurants within walking distance, all other types of shopping and chain restaurants just a short drive. Not the bar hopping type, but plenty of bars and pubs located nearby, but never had any problems from those having a good time. Landlords are wonderful! What few issues we had (nothing big but needing fixing), they were right there to handle it. Always available if we needed them. Would 10/10 rent from them again.

Clean, quiet apartment in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to bars and restaurants

I worked remotely from here for about five weeks, and had zero issues. The apartment was just renovated, and it shows. Everything is new and nice. The queen bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is big, the wifi is solid, the property is quiet and safe, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The apartment walks out onto a big deck that's a great place to relax when the weather's nice. There are lots of restaurants and bars two blocks away, and there's a farmer's market at the church on the corner of Haywood and Fairfax every Sunday afternoon. My only nitpick is that the kitchenette doesn't have much counter space, which was a minor issue when cooking. That's really it. This is a nice place, and I would definitely stay here again.
