Safe and quiet room, 9 mins drive to reno. Highly recommended!

This is C's first time listing on furnished finders and that is how i found her listing because all the other listings I was looking at were either booked or not responding. Fortunately, her place was beautiful. She provided a hamper, detergent, toiletries etc and cleaning supplies readily available at your big storage/closet right across your room upstairs. Shes very kind so I hope she gets good tenants. The dogs and cat were sweet. She has an Extra fridge and freezer space if you need extra space. Safe Walks in the dark around the neighborhood. She grew up with most of her neighbors. If youre staying at her place in September, the great reno Balloon race is only 15min walk away. The room has Own mini ac for use in the heat wave. Very thoughtful and useful. Extra Sheets linen pillow cases so you can change them and not wait for the old ones to finish drying up. She uses the dishwasher - back home its a drying rack.
