Couldnt have had a better host. Ms M was always upfront about any upcoming engagements. Easy to talk to even if it was an issue you were having. The garden was a great asset when cooking. Bella (dog) became a good friend always welcomed me home. Would highly recommend. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and friendly. Convenient to lots of amenities. Thanks for having me as an extended guest.

Cozy warm feels like home

Very pleasant house. Ms M was a wonderful host. Was very informative about anything going on, no suprises. I was comfortable cooking there felt welcomed loved cooking and making teas with herbs from garden. Pool was also great. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Quiet+convenient location, very clean rental, friendly housemate

I stayed with M for a semester. The bedroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage. Not to mention the home was always very clean. Friendly dogs in the home and friendly neighbors. A couple minutes from Walmart and some good coffee shops. I really enjoyed my stay here and M (the homeowner) was a big reason. Highly recommend this rental to short or longer term tenants!
