Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfect Location

I spent two months staying at this guest house, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Lisa and her family are incredible hosts who truly go above and beyond. Lisa was always available, incredibly supportive, and even made me dinner on multiple occasions, making me feel completely at home. She takes great pride in her property and genuinely cares about her tenants' experience. The location is just as fantastic as the hospitalityit is perfectly centralized, with major highways, gyms, trails, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. If you're looking for a great home managed by wonderful people, this is the place to be!

Two and a half month stay

I've been dreading writing this review because it reminds me that I'm leaving soon. This cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you'd need. The neighbors are very friendly and Mike and Lisa are some of the kindest owners you'll meet. They make sure that the unit has everything that you'll need and they are very reliable and communicative. They installed a beautiful screen door recently that compliments the cottage very well and it provides the best breeze in the evenings. The neighborhood is surrounded by anything you'd possibly need and if you're lucky they'll bake you a batch of cookies. If I could stay in the area I'd definitely stay here but unfortunately my contract is ending. Everything in the cottage is new. It all works well. Although the unit is located on the property they give you your privacy and honestly I always enjoy our interactions anyway.

Quiet, safe perfect guesthouse

This was my first time using this site and renting a place for a business trip. I stayed there for a month. The location is close to grocery stores , restaurants and shopping. Inside, everything was BRAND NEW and upgraded. It is decorated cute and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need: full size fridge/oven/stove, microwave, dishes, pots/pans and all utensils needed along with a Keurig coffee maker. The washer/dryer (with laundry hamper) was a HUGE bonus. Plenty of closet space with hangers, as well as dresser drawers for clothes. The bed (AND PILLOWS)... very comfortable. I slept great! There is a smart TV with a good WiFi connection. There isn't anything I needed that wasn't there. This place is a great, ideal location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is very pretty, well maintained and quiet. I felt very safe there

Stay evaluation

The host was very straight forward and communicative from the start. She facetimed me to show the property and discuss the terms of the lease. Upon arrival, the place was clean, tidy, and had all the esentials that you may need (bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, pots, dishes, and coffee maker). The host was friendly and approachable and very respectful of my privacy and sleeping patterns (worked night shift). They even checked if I was awake before cutting the grass. They were very helpful setting up the TV and connecting my electronics to the wifi and fixing any issues with the internet and appliances. Even when I asked for extra lighting at the enterance, a light was installed the next day. I enjoyed my stay at the property and the best part was meeting the nice owners. I highly recommend staying at the property!

home away from home

I absolutely love this property. The family was super nice and accommodating. They answered any questions that I had. The shopping in this area is all anyone could ever need or want very convenient. I felt super safe in the neighborhood if Im ever in this area again I would pray that this property is available because I would love to stay here again!

Great for Travel Nurses!!

Beautiful quiet Casita in an upscale neighborhood. I stayed here for 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed my stay . L and her Family are super welcoming and very friendly . Near amazing restaurants and shopping. I slept very well here as it was so tranquil. I would highly recommend this place to hard working nurses who need peace and quiet . ls husband makes the most amazing chocolate chip cookies.

Would stay again!

Had an amazing time at this property for my assignment at Inland Valley! Centrally located in Temecula, literally every place you can think of is within a 5-10 minute drive. Landlord and her family are super sweet, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place is completely private with entrance through the backyard, plentiful street parking, laundromat just up the road. 100% would stay here again if I found another contract in the area:)

A little gem in the valley

This was a perfect place for the safety and privacy I was looking for. L and her husband accommodated me by upgrading the cottage with a larger refrigerator,so I didnt have to eat out for my meals. I made due with what was provided and my air fryer (I highly recommend traveling with one). Not having a place to do laundry was an inconvenience but if you dont mind going to a laundromat, there is a pretty clean one nearby. The family and the two sweet dogs are so nice, made me feel at home all the time. I really enjoyed my stay in this casita and exploring San Diego, and others places while there and would consider staying again if ever on an assignment in the Temecula valley area.
