Cozy & Convenient

I lived here for a year and half and the space was perfect for me and my doggo. Ariel and Andy were super flexible and always able to help when i needed it. Great closet space and bathroom space for someone with a lot of stuff. Super close to everything in town and quiet neighborhood. Would 10/10 Recommend !

We rented this place for 3.5 months and it was a disaster. The landlord was rude, her property manager had no idea what he was doing. The mold was so bad that we had to close off one of the bedrooms entirely. There were no dressers for our clothes and due to neighborhood traffic we were told to keep the front door closed because the smog made the house filthy. We had to buy an air filter while living there. This is dog friendly but no yard, just rocks. It left such a bad impression that we will never go back to Cottonwood
