Spacious Apartment 2 bedroom 1 bath

Amazing Home! Quiet, cozy, modern.

Jessica was an amazing host! Her apartment was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect. Quiet, modern neighborhood right next to the lakeside. Places to walk with beautiful views just accross the street. Inside the apartment was just how it looks in the photos, but it's much larger and nicer in person. Everything worked as it should with electronics, appliances, WiFi, etc. The lighting is also done very well. Feels plenty bright, much more so then other basement apartments we've been in. The beds are very comfortable! Bedding and pillows were great and we slept soundly in the night. Bedrooms and home can also be darkened almost completely with the blinds and curtains. Landlords are quiet and respectful of the space. Very quick to respond with any questions and general requests. Overall we had a great experience and are grateful that they shared their home with us! If you need a good, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. You found it!

Highly Recommend

I lived in this great basement apartment for 3 months and highly recommend for any traveling individuals or couples. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need with comfortable furniture and up to date appliances. Jessica was so sweet to check on me and ask if I ever needed anything. Parking in the driveway was also amazing and I appreciated Mike greatly for shoveling snow during the winter months. The neighborhood was safe for walks/runs and the trail along the lake was great during the warmer days.

Utah Home

Jessica and Mike were absolutely amazing landlords. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were incredibly accommodating, always responsive to any questions or concerns, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a comfortable living experience. What truly stood out was their compassion and attention to detail. It's rare to come across people who are as thoughtful and dedicated as they are, and their kindness made a huge difference. They took the time to understand our needs and always found ways to help. Renting from Jessica and Mike was a stress-free and truly enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landlord who genuinely cares.I strongly recommend staying at this place.

Very clean apartment!

This apartment is very clean, comfortable, and homey. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen supplies are plenty. The landlord is very sweet extremely helpful, and accommodating. The neighborhood is very safe and there is a small walking trail along then lake across the road. Highly recommend this apartment!

I wish I could have stayed longer! This apartment had everything I needed. The hosts were LOVELY! They were attentive, professional, and ultimately friends. This apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. Traveling as a single woman I found comfort in the gated community and security of the neighborhood. If you are ever in Utah and you want the perfect place to call home this is the perfect choice.

Amazing Place

This was a great location for so many reasons! It was so clean, well taken care of, and close to all the things I needed. They were so willing to work with us, even when we changed our checkout date. J has great communication and I would refer anyone to stay here. You get a lot for a great price and its worth every penny.

Huge 2 bedroom

This was a beautiful 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment. Its extremely spacious and newly renovated. Its in a beautiful location next to eagle park overlooking Utah lake. Its right next to talons cove golf course. I really enjoyed my time at this apartment. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.
