Affordable and peaceful

Comfortable sized living space with tons of storage. The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The location was great, being only a 10 minute drive to work and close to downtown Austin. The owners were great, they were very accommodating and gave me all the privacy that I needed.

Cozy and close to downtown

Very warm and inviting place with everything I needed. The apartment has well placed storage and felt very clean. Although the studio is a mother in law suite I felt like I had enough privacyI only bumped into the owners a couple times and they are very pleasant. Bonus: lots of natural light in the unit. I would absolutely stay again.

Affordable w/ great hosts!

This property was everything I needed for my contract in Austin TX. L and R were amazing people to lease with. They helped me out so much during my stay, from giving me a hand when having car troubles to giving me and my guest food recommendations. Living space was fully stocked with essentials, there was great closet and storage space, and I even had room to do my morning workouts. I felt so safe and comfortable here which was a priority for me being a woman so far away from home. I would rent with them again and again because they were an absolute joy to rent with.
