Stay Somewhere Else
My family and I stayed here as we house hunted. When we got there it was FILTHY. The first day we rolled up the rug in the living room as it was visibly dirty. Norm kept $100 of our security deposit to replace it when I even offered to PROVE we had not used it. All of the doorknobs broke off. Most were not replaced. A kitchen cabinet FELL *ONTO* OUR CHILD. It took Norm several days to respond and over a month to fix. The dishwasher leaked - never fixed. He DID replace the refrigerator when it started making noises. A dining chair collapsed during use - never replaced. He acknowledged the broken front door lock - never fixed. Stains on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper, mystery sludge in the light fixtures and thick cobwebs in the windows. We were respectful tenants and replaced any items that we damaged (dishes, curtains, and microwave). Avoid.
Great Home!
Wonderfully appointed home in South Knoxville. Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown Knoxville and just around the corner from some really cool restaurants. 5/5
My Stay at this location
I worked at UTMC and stayed here for about 13 weeks. Quiet neighborhood in south Knox. The house was nice, has a full kitchen and washer and dryer that made the stay super convenient. Not many food options in south Knox, but its close to the downtown area for more food options and theres a Kroger and planet fitness not far from the house. The owners were very responsive. They did a walk through with me to show me around and they let me know if they were ever stopping by to use their storage space located up stairs (separate entrance).
Safe & convenient
This property had it all! It was within walking distance to parks & restaurants & had grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood was quiet & it is located in a safe area. Downtown is a short drive away & access to the interstate is as well. My dog also enjoyed this house & adjusted quickly. Would highly recommend this stay!
