Great summer!

I loved my stay in Robert's basement apartment! The apartment is very modern, spacious, and clean, and has all the amenities you would need for a multi-month stay. Robert has outfitted the space with lights that you can control with your phone, and the shower can turn into a sauna, so be sure to try those features out! The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a pool and a chicken coop, where you will often find Robert letting his chicken run around outside in the evenings! Robert is very accommodating should you ever have any issues, and is very easy to get to know and have conversations with. This place was 15-20 minutes from my internship in Innsbrook and 15-20 minutes to downtown, so it was the perfect location. Overall, I loved my summer at Robert's basement apartment, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

4 Month stay for clinical

I am a physical therapy student who rented out the basement apartment, and it was perfect for my 4 month stay. The property is very well kept, and the basement had everything I needed. The bathroom has so many features to use and the entire layout is very nice. The chickens were also a lot of fun to watch! The house was only around a 10 minute drive to Henrico Doctors' Hospital. Parking at the home was very convenient and Robert, the landlord, is very friendly and has many recommendations for the area!

Great property, awesome landlord and great stay

Had an amazing stay here. The property and basement unit is perfect, very well kept, and had everything that I might have needed. The landlord is very nice, helpful, and easy to get along with and talk to. The location and area is great, with it being around a 15-20 minute drive into Richmond. Staying here certainly helped me enjoy my time in the area even more and I would definitely stay again!

wonderful place winderful host

I have been staying at this lovely property for several months. I am an RN at a local hospital in Richmond and have been at this property for the length of my contract. The home is gorgeous in a park like setting, large kitchen, comfortable rooms and lovely veranda and pool. Excellent shopping areas are close by as well as plenty of nice restaurants. The place is quiet and very clean. The owner is hospitable and pleasant. I feel safe here and would recommend it to others.

Great location, great owner

This is a great space in a perfect and quiet location and R is a joy to work with. We rented this property for our son who had an internship in Richmond for the summer and it could not have gone better. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Upscale Property with Amazing Landlord

First off, let me say that the host, R, is a very thoughtful, kind and wonderful gentleman. He has a gorgeous recently remodeled home in the upscale prestigious River Road corridor in Richmonds West End. The kitchen is amazing and huge. Very quiet, safe and secure, yet close and convenient to every amenity I want. Its only 5 minutes from the beautiful University of Richmond campus with quick and easy access to most hospitals in the area. There is plenty of parking at his home, beautiful gardens and a fantastic swimming pool. The backyard is like a resort oasis. I love it here! I highly recommend it.
