Terrible Service

During the booking process they were good at responding and answering all my questions. Although once my husband got his new schedule for work there was a possibility that we would need to cancel. I reached out to them to find out what amount of refund we would get so I could weigh my options if it was good enough. We decided to stay with our booking since we had already paid for the full amount for the whole month. The next morning after I responded saying that we are going to go ahead and move forward to checking in they told me that my place that I wanted was already booked to someone else since I said there was a possibility that we might have to cancel. They never refunded me but made another booking which caused us to have to be bumped to another apartment at a later date. When this concern of now not having a place all of a sudden due to them thinking we were going to cancel caused a lot of frustration. We had to speak to an attorney because they broke the law. All this being said they were rude in talking to us when we were addressing the issue and said that we were no longer welcome to stay. Do not recommend this place nor the service that comes with it.
