Traveler Friendly
This lil studio is perfect for the solo traveler. It has all the simple amenities needed. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It is close to Bay Area Hospital, gas station, grocery stores and the laundry mat. The only thing it did not have is a window unit for air or heat but it did have a fan and a space heater. I stayed there during the warmer months so it did get pretty hot in the afternoon even with the fan and windows open. All in all it was a great place and especially the monthly rent. Most people in Coos Bay over charge for their rentals around here. Like who wants to put all the money they make in rent.....right! So this place is affordable and perfect for the solo travel nurse!!
