Newly Updated Apartment Close to Hospitals Popular Downtown Restaurants

I stayed here for six months during an internship. It was amazing to have my own living room and kitchen and really helped me feel at home. Liz and Devin were more than accommodating and made the entire process easy. They were communicative and super understanding as we worked through the bumps that came up (which are bound to happen over six months). Highly recommended.

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my month long rotation! I commuted to Cedar Crest Hospital from here and it was convenient. The hosts are excellent, very responsive to communication and very nice. I had no issues with my stay here. I would happily stay here again if I had another rotation in the area.

This apartment is a great little place to stay, and the family that owns the space is kind and accommodating. The location is in a really convenient spot with most necessary retail/grocery stores being within a mile or so of the apartment. The neighborhood is nice too, if you just wanted to walk around and check out the area. In general the apartment has a very comfortable living space. The living room is spacious and has plenty of seating. The couch is plush and perfect if you just want to lounge. There's a small bathroom connected to the living room, which has a great standing shower. And while I say it's small, it is by no means cramped. The bedroom has a queen matress to sprawl out on, plenty of closet space, nightstand, and a dresser. Like the living room: a pretty cozy space. The large kitchen is wonderful; it's fully set with appliances and kitchenware. Meal prep was easy here. Overall, this is a great apartment. It's a comfortable space with a convenient location.

The property was amazing! To begin, the property was furnished and as a result made my transition from Memphis very seamless. It also had a kitchen with multiple appliances already there (Microwave & toaster). The living space is very spacious and the bathroom was a decent size too. To add the, room had a TV and cable hooked up, so if I did not want to watch shows from the Roku stick in the living space, I could go in the room watch cable. This place was also very close to a lot of stores and restaurants! It is 4 minutes from a Planet Fitness & Family Dollar. It is also 5 minutes from a McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, & CVS. It is about 7 minutes from an Maxx Fitness, Aldi's & Giant. If you wanted to go to a larger store, it is about 12 minutes from a Weiss, 13 from a Wegmans and 15 minutes from a Walmart. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for short term housing!
