Detached building. Beautiful large 1 bedroom apartment with 2 car garage, back deck, and separate entrance

I stayed at M and Ls place for six months and would have stayed longer, but I had moved out of state. I had a very pleasant stay during my time there! The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and was all set up perfectly for an extended stay. I loved that it was a detached unit, and you have your privacy. Its definitely a great deal for everything that you get - including an attached two-car garage, full-size washer and dryer inside the unit, great A/C and heating system as well as a nice little patio backyard area. The unit itself and surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. M and L were excellent landlords- Highly responsive, willing to help me out if I needed anything, and always very respectful, kind and courteous. If I ever come back to the Atlanta area, I'd love to stay at their place again. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience all around staying at this property! Located in a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for walking/short runs. Restaurants and stores are a quick 5 minute drive away, and located off of beautiful back roads. 15-20 minute drive to downtown Woodstock with more restaurants, shopping, music. L and M were very accommodating hosts. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need.

I was very fortunate to stay at L and M's wonderful property. I did a 3 month stay and loved every minute of it. I have been travelling for 3 years and this was one of my top stays. The unit has everything you need, is pristine in cleanliness, and in a beautiful wooded setting on an acre of land. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I did a contract in Cumming which was a 30 minute drive but along country roads, which I enjoyed as no traffic. There is also another hospital 10 mins away. Woodstock is a really lovely area with many horse farms and large homes. L and M were very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one, and leave you to do your thing as well. I spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio and the garage was a bonus for me. I would love to stay here again if I am in the area. Thank you L and M for a wonderful stay!

I cant say enough good things about our stay. Wonderful hosts with excellent communication, they added unexpected touches by leaving snacks for our arrival, filling the bird feeder when I mentioned enjoying the birds and chipmunks in the backyard, and giving us a sponge and bucket to use after hearing us mention we needed to wash our car. The spacious studio is full of many upgrades making our stay feel luxurious. The property is so cozy and comfortable that we immediately felt at home. I love the full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and fridge with an ice maker. The washer and dryer in the unit are great. Having use of the empty 2 car garage provided appreciated space for our two bikes, hiking gear and truck. The wifi is perfect which I used to attend many virtual work meetings without a hitch during my stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. The surrounding area has many lovely quaint eating and shopping locations to keep us busy when I wasnt working. 10 out of 10!

I have traveled for 20 years and have rarely had a place as well furnished and decorated as this, and you also get your own garage. The hosts have provided everything you need. The property is only 3 miles outside of Fulton County nestled deep in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Your commute is scenic back roads with virtually no traffic. You will not find a cleaner place with all new appliances and furniture. I wish motels had beds and showers this nice.
